Vicky looked after Nanuq and tika for a week,it was great to know that they were being cared and looked after. the place is clean and tidy,and vicky makes every thing stress free, i am not sure if the dogs really wanted to come home when i went to pick them up ! thanks vicky it is great to know there is someone that i can trust to look after them when i go away.

Vicky took on our husky pup that we had only had a very short time ourselves, along with our 2 border collies and german shepherd dog, apart from one of the collies the others had never ever been kenneled before, all of the dogs pet passports were checked which i liked, it is protection to know that my animals are not going into a kennel where un vaccinated animals have been before, the kennels are spotlessly clean and Vicky took excellent care of my precious pets, i am going to book again for next year, i was totally happy with the service given

What can we say,Vicky looked after our little dog Stevie as well as we could.Nothing was to much trouble,the kennels are spotless bright and airy,we have already booked her and our other dog reg in again.I have no worries about leaving them with Vicky.

We are happy to say that thanks to Vicky we had a nice eight day winter holiday skiing in the mountains. She took care about our little Carolina with the same attention as we do. It was so nice to go away and not have to worry about our dog. The kennels are very spacious and we have used them several times now. Our dog is always happy and relaxed when we take her. We will not hesitate to use 'In The Dog House' again.

We have purchased a house in Yunetz about 1/2 hour drive South of Varna and have left our dog, Wally, with "In The Dog House" on a couple of occasions when we have returned to the UK - the last time for 7 weeks. We are pleased to say that he has been well looked after and in particular has not been stressed by his lengthy stay - we have every confidence in leaving Wally during future trips back where we know he has been quite happy.

Our cat "Bandit" had a mind of his own not really friendly nor loving before spending a month with Vicky, now he's a changed for the better moggie thanks to the care & attention given by Vicky. My dog and my son's dog had the pleasure of a two night stay with Vicky and this was the first time they had ever been away from us.Both being young dogs we were not sure how they would settle. We recently left our 2 dogs, Suzy and Lucy, with Vicky and Malk for 5 days. It was the first time either of them had been in a boarding kennel and we were doing the normal worrying parent bit. You know how it goes: will they be OK ? will they miss us? will they be off their food? Before we left them we saw them into their sleeping kennel and they were a bit confused but relaxed in Vicky's company. When we returned to pick them up they met us at the gate and were happy to see us. Suzy headed for the kennel as if to say " Come and see my house". Lucy too busy being her usual nosy self. It was nice to see them so happy, fit and healthy. I am sure they would have been happy to stay a bit longer. We are now happy that we have found a reliable caring kennel, or should I really say "Dog Hotel". This means that we ourselves can now have a holiday without the worry of how our dogs are being cared for. We have already given Vicky an advance booking. I am sure Suzy and Lucy will be delighted to be back with Vicky and Malk.

Many thanks to Vicky for looking after our 4 dogs for 4 nights recently. One of the dogs had previously (unbeknown to us) en route to the kennels, eaten some fish pellets in the back of our van, but Vicky called the vet promptly and he has been fine.
