Terms of Boarding

By agreeing to place your animal with us you are confirming that you have read, understood and agreed to all of the following conditions:

  • We can only accept your pet for boarding if it is in good health and you are able to produce a Certificate confirming your dogs inoculations are up to date. Any current or ongoing problems with a dogs health or temperament must be notified at the time of booking.
  • Please note we cannot accept bitches in season for boarding
  • We reserve the right to refuse any dog that we consider to be of an unreliable temperament, or sick at the time of boarding. If we deem it necessary that your dog requires veterinary care, all vet fees or treatments must be met by the owner at time of pick up..
  • We cannot guarantee that toys, blankets, or bedding will be kept in the same condition as brought in.
  • Whilst every possible attention is given to each dog boarded with us, it is done entirely at the owners risk, as are dogs sharing accommodation. Should it become necessary to separate them in the interest of the animals own safety, accommodation charges will revert to full price.
  • You understand that there are risks involved with communal boarding. Although we will offer all reasonable care we cannot make any absolute guarantees due to the unpredictable nature of animals.
  • Animals will not be released to anyone other than the owner without explicit permission from the owner prior to boarding. Any dog unclaimed at the end of boarding or without communication within 7 days from the owner will pass to our responsibility and ownership of the pet may be forfeited. Every effort on our part will be made to establish contact with the owner.
  • Our charges are daily regardless of arrival time.  If pick up is made after 12pm the daily rate will apply for that day.
  • For long-term bookings of over 4 weeks full payment in advance will be required.
